Reef safe with caution
Foxface are generally reef safe if well fed, otherwise they may nip at some LPS and softies. They're excellent algae grazers and are hardy and peaceful. They can be housed with more aggressive fish since they can use their venomous dorsal spines as a defense mechanism.
